Although there is no formal definition of “all natural cosmetics” from the FDA, most experts would agree that natural skincare products are products that are free of synthetic fragrances, dyes, parabens, sulfates and phthalates. NARIS is committed to natural ingredients and has created many original ingredients. We also place the highest priority on safety, and were one of the first to implement fragrance-free, mineral oil-free, tar pigment-free and now most of our skin care products are also ethyl alcohol-free and paraben-free.
There are minimal preservatives in Naris products. Naris strictly pursues and maintains an attitude of the highest standard of customer safety and satisfaction in their products”, which means pursuing effectiveness and safety. Natural ingredient is a means of achieving our goal. A product made of 100% natural ingredients, does not necessarily mean that it provides the best effectiveness and safety.
Basically, natural ingredients are safe and tender to the skin, but also there are some exceptions. For example, it may be short shelf life, poor effectiveness, uncomfortable texture or feeling of usage, etc. Naris cosmetics have always and will keep seeking the best balance of safe and effective products while using natural products as much as possible. Purified (well-refined) ingredients allow us to minimize preservatives and safe for the skin.
The effect of brightening products are to minimize the appearance of dark spots and freckles caused by sun exposure. The affect varies from person to person, but with continued use, melanin production is suppressed, blemishes and freckles gradually become less noticeable, and you can expect clearer skin.

Most of Naris skincare products carried at Naris Hawaii are made in Japan. As of October 2022, all Naris products will be made in Japan. You may contact us for information on specific products.

The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (Japan) stipulates that the expiry date must be displayed for products that deteriorate in 3 years under normal storage conditions. In the case of normal storage, it will not deteriorate within 3 years. Therefore, the expiration date is not displayed. Avoid storing in places with extremely high or low temperatures or in direct sunlight. Once the package is opened, it depends on the amount of contents inside, but in order to ensure the quality of the product, please use it up within about half a year as a guideline.
In addition, sunscreens and other products are often used in places with high temperatures, such as beaches and rivers. As this is a harsh situation for the product, we ask that you use it up within the season.

Naris skincare systems utilize natural ingredients to remove the unnecessary (dead skin cells, dirt, hardened oil, pollutants, etc) and provide what is necessary (moisture, pH balancing, acid mantle protection, vitamins, etc) to create a healthy, beautiful complexion. Much like cooking a wonderful meal “from scratch” using quality natural ingredients versus opening a box and adding water, going natural takes more steps but the end result is so worth it!

Conc is a liquid exfoliating lotion that gently but effectively exfoliates the skin surface.
Conc gently removes old keratin (dead skin cells that causes skin roughness and dullness) that cannot be removed by merely washing your face. By properly removing the old keratin on the surface of the skin it encourages a healthy metabolism and allows better absorption of moisturizers and serums.
Naris carries a variety of “Conc” liquid exfoliators. The proper “Conc” for your skin type should be selected with the guidance of an authorized Naris Beauty Consultant or by contacting our specialist at Naris.
We recommend using conc every morning and evening because old keratin should be sloughed off daily leaving skin soft and bright . Conc (exfoliating lotion) gently and effectively exfoliates skin and can be used twice a day.
All-purpose lotion is a product that combines the functions of conc (exfoliating lotion) and lotion (toning, pH balancing lotion). Although All-purpose Lotion will achieve combined exfoliating and toning functions, it is advisable to use conc and lotion for best results.
The shape and material of the product container are selected according to the nature of the contents. Refill products must be refilled into containers of the same product. In addition, please note that we will not be able to guarantee the product if it is refilled it into a bottle.

There is no expiration date for cosmetics, as the quality changes depending on the storage conditions. However, care must be taken if the storage conditions such as if it has been opened, stored too long, stored in a hot /or humid place or in direct sunlight. Please check the content such as no strange smell, no separation, no color change, etc. Avoid using if any abnormalities are present.
At Naris, product quality is controlled by lot numbers. A combination of letters and numbers is printed on the back and bottom. Please make a note or image of the lot number and contact our Customer Service and we will confirm the month of manufacture.
Cosmetics should be stored at room temperature where the temperature does not fluctuate and is not exposed to direct sunlight or high humidity. Also, please place out of reach of small children.
Please do not store in the refrigerator. The quality may be detrimentally affected due to temperature changes caused by taking it in and out of the refrigerator or storing for long periods of time. However, single-use products such as sheet masks can be chilled in the refrigerator before use. Store cosmetics at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Cosmetics are generally formulated and manufactured for teen/adult [12 years or older] skin. Since the physiology of the skin differs between children and adults, we do not recommend using it on children unless it is indicated as “for children” or “can also be used by children.”
There are hundreds of types of surfactants and they are used for various purposes. For example, what is called an emulsifier is also used in foods such as mayonnaise. In cosmetics, it is used for the purpose of uniformly mixing oil and water, which normally do not mix, and stably dissolving active ingredients. When used in cosmetics, it has undergone rigorous safety tests and can be used safely.
The sun protection value is measured for each product, so it cannot be simply added together. However, if you layer the foundation, the makeup will last longer and will not fall apart, so the prevention effect will increase. Unexpected sunburn may occur due to too little amount or unevenness. Even waterproof cosmetics that are resistant to sweat and water can come off due to friction from clothing, masks, or movement. Be sure to apply an appropriate amount evenly on your skin and reapply your makeup frequently.
“Fragrance-free” means “without fragrance”. However, not all of the ingredients are odorless, so you may feel the unique odor of the ingredients. In addition, at our company, we check the smell, etc. every time we manufacture cosmetics, and deliver only products that pass the test
Skin generally has a pH of around 4.5 to 6.5, keeping it slightly acidic. Therefore, most cosmetics are made with the same weak acidity as the skin, but the pH value varies slightly depending on the purpose and characteristics of the cosmetic. Some soaps and lotions are weakly alkaline.
Even though it is not slightly acidic, it does not have any particular effect on the skin. The pH value varies slightly depending on the purpose and characteristics of cosmetics. Some soaps and lotions are slightly alkaline. Slightly alkaline products have the advantage of being highly effective in removing dirt. When slightly alkaline cosmetics are used, the surface of the skin temporarily becomes slightly alkaline but will return to its original pH value naturally after a while. However, there are individual differences in skin quality, so if you feel any discomfort, please stop using it immediately.
Regardless of the type of cosmetics, if it gets in your eye(s), do not rub but immediately rinse your eye(s) with cold or lukewarm water while blinking. If it still feels as if there is something in your eye(s), please consult a doctor.
Immediately stop using all cosmetics, and if you are concerned, we recommend you consult a dermatologist. At the same time, please contact your Naris Consultant or our Naris Store.
We use highly safe raw materials for our cosmetics. With the exception of some items (see below*), there is no danger if a small amount is accidentally ingested. Usually, no further action is required. However, if you are concerned, we recommend that you consult a physician. In that case, please bring the cosmetics and the one that has all the ingredients listed.

If you drink hair coloring agents, nail-related products, perfumes, colognes, hair tonics, products with high concentrations of alcohol (clean sprays, etc.), aroma oils, or essential oils, immediately consult a doctor. Please see a doctor. If you drink a large amount of other cosmetics, please consult a doctor.
Our sun protection products are washable and should come out with regular washing. If you are concerned, you may use a prewash or spray product. Do not use chlorine bleach when washing.
If you touch your make-up containers with hands that have sunscreen or other cosmetics on them the strength of the resin in the container will decrease and the coating may peel off or break. This phenomenon is called “chemical crack”. If you apply makeup after using sunscreen, etc., wipe off the sunscreen on your hands before using makeup products. Also, if the container has cosmetics such as sunscreen, wipe it off.

Warranty coverage will apply if any mechanical failure occurs within the warranty period which is 6 months after purchase. The warranty is voided by the following conditions:
- The product is not used properly, following the directions given in the instruction manual
- Failure/damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper storage or handling such as storing in high humidity or extreme temperatures, or dropping device.
- Failure/damage caused by business use of device (versus personal use)
- Failure/damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or other natural disasters.

We do not recommend using Mega Beauty devices during pregnancy. But if you would like to use it after your first trimester, please consult your physician about using a battery operated ionterphoresis beauty device.
It cannot be used during dental treatment, but can be used after treatment has been completed. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before use.
We recommend you use the Mega Beauty device once a day. If you want to use it in the morning and evening, please divide the time and be careful not to exceed the total care time. Excessive care will be an overtreatment, and it may be a burden on your skin.
