Exchanges. We will accept product returns (with the exception of items purchased on sale or during promotions or if the product has been opened) up to 14 days after they have been received. Merchandise purchased online cannot be exchanged in store.
Refund. We will issue a refund for products online (in their original packaging) within 14 days of their delivery date (with the exception of items purchased on sale or during promotions). There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned products. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not issue refunds for trial sizes, gift cards, shop with consultant and in store purchases.

Returned items must be accompanied by their invoice, order number and RMA number issued by Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii.
Return shipping and insurance costs are paid by customer except in the case of Naris Cosmetics shipping the incorrect product or defective product. Customer must contact Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii for RMA number and shipping call tag. All shipping costs without authorized RMA will not be reimbursed by Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii.
Mega Beauty Device. There are no returns or exchanges for any beauty devices. Please refer to the full description of the product or contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Credit. When Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii receives the return item, we will issue the exchange or refund the amount debited to your credit card account—less shipping costs—as soon as possible provided that the merchandise has been returned by you and received by Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii in accordance with our state Returns Policy stated above. Merchandise must be in same condition that it was at the time of delivery.
Product Availability. Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii does not under any circumstances guarantee that products offered on the Site are available in inventory. If we are not able to deliver any of the items you order because they are out of stock, we will either send it to you at no additional shipping cost when it is in stock, or refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for these products and send you a refund confirmation by email. Naris Cosmetics of Hawaii will not be responsible at any time for any damages that you may incur because products are out of stock.
